Mr. Satyajeet Desai is a senior Advocate who is practising in the Gujarat High Court and The Supreme Court of India since a long time now. His insight relating to the inheritance and succession related laws in India has allowed him to author some of the bestselling commentaries on the same.

Not only this, but Mr. Desai has also contributed significantly to the Law Commission’s reports relating to the Uniform Civil Code as well as its workshop for the inclusion of daughters as equal inheritors in Hindu ancestral property.
