Roshan Gopalakrishna is a sports lawyer who is currently a partner at LawNK, one of India’s most well-renowned sports law firms. He graduated from the National Law School of India in the year 2008 and in addition to being a partner at Law NK is also the Chief Legal Counsel for Copyright Integrity International, a world-renowned organisation for anti-piracy and rights protection services, and a Senior Researcher for The Sports Law and Policy Centre.

Ms. Shriya Maini is an Advocate – on Record, independently practising at the Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and District Courts at New Delhi. She specializes in cross–border dispute resolution and enjoys criminal and matrimonial litigation. She has majored in International Crime from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom on a full scholarship {BCL (Oxon)} sponsored by Mr. Harish Salve, Senior Advocate. Being a recipient of the Oxford Global Justice Award 2015 for Public International Law, she recently returned from the Cabinet of the President Judge, International Residual Mechanism for the Criminal Tribunals seated at The Hague, Netherlands. Currently, she is also a “Visiting Faculty” at National Law University, Delhi, Renaissance University and Llyod Law College, Noida.

Interview with Joseph Therattil, Former Member of Indian Delegation at the United Nations

Mr. Joseph Therattil is an alumnus of St Stephens, Delhi and was an officer working for the United Nations for a period of 12 years from 1968 to 1978. Post his career in the UN, he subsequently practised as a lawyer in Kerala. In a distinguished career working for the UN, he was a Member of the Indian delegation dealing with Legal and Political Committees, Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Progressive Development of International Law, an officer for the United Nations Institute for Training and research among other roles.
