Section 25 of Industrial Disputes Act 1947 Bare Act & Notes

Prohibition of financial aid to illegal strikes and lock-outs

It provides that no person shall knowingly expend or apply any money in direct furtherance or support of any illegal strike or lock-out. 

Illustration

A competitor to take advantage of the situation shall not apply for any money in direct furtherance of any illegal strike or lock-out being organized.
