Exp: 1-2 years
Requirement: Candidate must be well versed in English, having basic knowledge about Contracts Review and Negotiation
Profile:
1. Review Commercial Contracts like vendor Contracts i.e. Statement of Work, Master Services Agreements, Change Orders, Sponsorship Agreements, Event Agreements, Order Forms etc
2. Negotiating with the other side and with the business requestors
3. Assist on the Legal Administration side
4. Weekly calls with the client
5. Maintaining a proper data base of all contracts
6. Review of Non Disclosure Agreements both Mutual and One Way NDAs and dealing and negotiating with the fall backs.
