About the Organization
Grey Matter Legal was founded in 2019 by legal professionals having years of experience in corporate advisory, transactional and dispute resolution. The firm provides legal services in areas of corporate and commercial law, private equity, mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, labour and employment, real estate and dispute resolution.
Nature of Internship
The interns would be required to assist Partners of the firm in legal drafting, legal research and administrative work. Depending on requirements, the interns may be required to visit courts, tribunals and government offices.
Eligibility
Any law student in 3rd, 4th or final year of law school is welcome to apply. Fresh law graduates are also welcome to apply. (NLUs, IP University, Delhi, Amity Law School, Delhi, Delhi University or Symbiosis Law School, Pune only). Preference would be given to those having publications in reputed law journals or websites.

2 (Two)
Location
Ground Floor, D11, Lajpat Nagar III, New Delhi – 110024 (Behind Haldirams). The office is in Lajpat Nagar which has PGs and rental accommodations for students. For those commuting by Delhi Metro. The nearest metro stations are Lajpat Nagar Metro Station, South Extension Metro Station and Moolchand Metro Station.
Stipend
Lots of learning. Expenses incurred on behalf of the firm shall be reimbursed. An internship certificate shall be provided at the end of the internship.
Duration of Internship
Minimum one month. The certificate shall be awarded only for interns completing one month of internship. The internship can be extended depending upon intern’s performance.
