About the Organisation and Webinar

Innovpath is the vision of Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar, Founder: Senior IPR Attorney of WORDICT-IP to bring awareness among people regarding Intellectual Property Rights. It aims to do so by training, mentoring and conducting conferences.

About the Speakers

Mr. Ramakrishna Damodharan, Managing Director, ADIPVEN, Malaysia

Mr. Ramakrishna Damodharan is an IP Attorney and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is a registered patent, trademark, industrial design, geographical indications and new plant variety and grant of breeder’s right agent in Malaysia and has degrees in Applied Chemistry and Law from University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. He is currently doing his PhD. in law.

Moderator: Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar, Founder & Sr. IPR Attorney, Wordict IP Hyderabad

Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar, having a masters in IPR law, has experience of more than 32 years as a lawyer in handling IPR issues, covering the broad spectrum of Litigation and Enforcement before Trial Courts, High Court and the Supreme Court. He is also an expert in Valuation and Mediation with focus on IPR.

Dr. A.V. Narasimha Rao has received his Ph. D. from ICFAI University, Dehradun,2006. He has rich experience in researching and more than 40 articles of his research have been published in International and National Journals. He has authored 3 Books and presented 10 papers in International/National Seminars/Conferences.
