About the Competition
It has been a tough task for everyone to stay prudent during the cataclysmic effect of the pandemic. While all the natural calamities and disasters are temporary, what remains permanent and unmoved is the constitution of this country.
Celebrating the magnificent piece of document and helping you keep your brain functioning, Team Legal Rioters is organizing an online Quiz Competition which will be conducted in three rounds including eliminator, qualifier and finals.
They have decided to keep the Quiz in three rounds to ensure the contestants are made to pass through a mixed bag of Questions to be the undisputed winners so as to take home.
Event Details & Rules
Quiz Round 1: The Qualifier
Out of the participants registered, they will select the best 50 for the next round. The marking scheme will be as follows:
- 20 Minutes, 35 MCQ based Questions.
- 1 Mark for each correct answer and -0.25 for each wrong answer.
- In case of a tie, the person submitting in lesser time shall be awarded.
Quiz Round 2: The Eliminator
Out of the best 50 only, 20 Finalist will make it to the last hurdle. The marking scheme will be as follows:
- 10 Minutes, 15 Picture based Questions, where the contestant will have to write the event or name of personality or answer best suited for the picture presented.
- 1 Mark for each correct answer and -0.25 for each wrong answer.
- In case of a tie, the person submitting in lesser time shall be awarded.
The Finals
Out of the top 20 participants, Only the top three will take home the cash prizes
The marking scheme will be as follows:
- 30 Minutes, 50 Mixed bag Questions.
- 1 Mark for each correct answer and -0.25 for each wrong answer, a contestant will be allowed to attempt any five questions where they will not be marked negatively for wrong answers.
- In case of a tie, the person submitting in lesser time shall be awarded.
Registration Process
Fill in this google form and they will add you to a WhatsApp group where all the details of the event along with the quiz link shall be provided.
Registration Fee
Rs. 50 For Lone wolves and Rs. 75 for team (Maximum of two).
Prizes
- First Position: A cash prize of Rs. 5000 + Two E-books + Certificate of Merit
- Second Position: A cash prize of Rs. 4500 + E-book + Certificate of Merit
- Third Position: A cash prize of Rs. 3500 + Certificate of Merit
- Finalist: Ebook of CPC by Mulla (Lexis-Nexis) worth Rs. 4500
- All the participants shall receive a Certificate of Participation
