The Appellant seeks information regarding Purchase Orders regarding which the Respondent had provided very little information.
Appellant filed an RTI Application on 30th December 2018 requesting the public authority to provide certain documents.
The present appeal made by the Appellant is about whether the order made by the Tribunal on 30th September 2018 needs any kind of rectification.
The Tribunal had decided whether the Assessee is entitled to the adjustments of TDS. It had also decided the validity of the order passed by ld. CIT(A).
Introduction Vanaja N. Sarna, Information Commissioner, decided the Second Appeal filed by the Appellant. The Information Commission had addressed whether the CPIO should have responded to the RTI Application. The Information Commissioner had also decided whether the information sought by the Appellant should be provided to him by the CPIO.

Since both appeals made are of the same nature, they will be heard and decided at the same time. Satbeer Singh Godara, Judicial Member and Laxmi Prasad Sahu, Accountant Member decided both the appeals of this case.

The Divisional Bench consisting of Justice Anant Bijay Singh and Justice Kanthi Narahari will decide whether there need to be any changes in the order passed on 17th March 2021. They will decide whether there needs to be changed in the prayer of the impugned order.
