Position – Legal Executive
YOU Broadband is looking for a Legal Executive who is looking for a challenging and innovative environment to meet our business requirements
- Preparation and Vetting of the various agreements.
- Assisting in handling Consumer court cases
- Assisting in handling various Arbitration matters
- Assisting in handling Various DOT, TRAI complaints, if any.
- Assisting in handling recovery matters etc
- Approach customers for upgradations of bandwidth. Achieve up gradations target nos
- Complying with various laws and regulations of TRAI and/or other regulatory authorities
- Ledgers reconciliations of customers
Skills Required :
- Language Skills-English and Marathi.
- Should be a Male candidate.
Qualification :
LLB graduate
Experience:
2 years in a corporate set-up
