Job Description
A. Handling clients (scheduling& participating in client conferences)
B. Developing complete understanding about client’s business & proactively advising them on various legal facets/compliance requirements.
C. Developing keen understanding of the Law generally dealt with in our Firm i.e. Company Law, Labour Laws, Intellectual Property Right Laws, Food Laws, Drugs and Cosmetics Laws, Foreign Direct Investment Policies of Government of India, Customs Law, Tax Laws (Basic understanding), FEMA and Packaging Laws and assist the client in their business legal challenges.
D. Drafting/Vetting of various commercial agreements such as Manufacturing Agreement, Distributor Agreement and Leases etc.
E. Reviewing of Products, ingredients Labels and claim literature to ensure compliances with various product and packaging laws
F. Applying and seeking registration under various statutes applicable to business, incorporation of business etc.
G. Assisting the Firm/Partner in day to day administration, Knowledge enhancement.
Remuneration
3 Lakh PA inclusive of the bonus (salary no bar for deserving candidates)
