Job description
- Drafting of suits/plaints/legal notices etc.
- Conducting and handling arbitration proceedings.
- Civil litigation – focusing on recovery-related matters.
- All RERA and IBC matters.
- Any other litigation service that may be needed.
Location: Flat no. 3D, Girdhar Apartments, 28, Firozshah Road, New Delhi – 110001
Eligibility:
Work experience of at least 1 – 2 years
Preference: A Candidate must be willing to appear before all district Courts and Tribunals across Delhi NCR and before UP RERA.
Salary: As per industry standards.
