Job Description
For Associate
Experience Required: 3-5 year experience
Eligibility and Skills Required: LLB from a good law school having excellent writing and drafting skills for commercial, consumer and civil litigation, arbitration. Should be able to appear and handle cases independently/under guidance.
For Associate
Experience, eligibility and Skills Required: with 3-5 years of experience in corporate law practice, M&A, Due Diligence, including IPR, Regulatory and compliances.
For Junior Associate
Experience, eligibility and Skills Required: with 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, legal and regulatory research and drafting contracts.
Office Location
The office is located at Le Meridien, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001.
