It is a full-service law firm having a wide range of litigation and corporate practice.
The firm is looking to expand its corporate wing. The nature of work includes due diligence, drafting of agreements (ESOP, Service, Sponsorship, Franchise, licensing, Share Purchase, etc.), advisory (corporate, investment, etc.), acquisitions, etc.
The firm also has international collaborations with firms and corporate houses in UAE & Singapore.
Candidates having a minimum of two years of experience may only apply. The candidates would be required to be proactive, diligent, willing to work in a team and open to learning as well as training. This role is a mix of team work and team lead.
