Hiring Legal Associate at Law Offices of Kr. Vivek Tanwar, Gurugram
We are hiring for the post of Legal Associate for our Gurugram Office. Must have:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years PQE.
2. He/she must have thorough knowledge of GST Act.
3. Must be well versed with Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, Transfer of Property Act, SARFESI Matters and Land Documentation.
4. Drafting and vetting of various agreements, pleadings, write, affidavits, counter affidavits, civil or criminal complaints and notices.
5. Well acquainted with GST filing.
Minimum qualification: A LLB graduate, LLM will be an added advantage.
Salary shall be as per industry standards and commensurate to experience.
