PQE: 1 year and above
Location – New Delhi (Candidates from Delhi NCR would be preferred)
Requisite Skills:
1) Has prior experience of minimum 1 year, preferably in a corporate law firm.
3) Is well conversant with technology and can work in paperless / online environment.
4) Is well versed in English and has good communication skills
5) should possess strong drafting and research skills
6) should be hardworking and willing to devote his/her full time
7) should be well versed with Microsoft Office
Job Description:
1) To assist the team with: drafting contracts, corporate advisory, legal opinions and research work;
2) To assist the team in client management.
3) Any other allied and associated work related to the above
