Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Contract Database along with sending renewal reminders and processing/ drafting renewal or amendment agreements;
To make sure that all the agreements are in accordance with organization policies and business practices.
Review, interpret, analyse Local/ Mater Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Agreements and advising internal team as required;
Ensure, monitor KYC process for multiple locations and provide training to stake holders as when required;
Ability to quickly grasp legal and business issues and support business according to priorities.
Key Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Law, Company Secretary, or any relevant qualification will be essential
Typically, 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in a commercial environment, or in consulting, accounting or law firms.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to collaborate and to drive results in a matrix environment
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Result-oriented, and able to manage their priorities, deadlines and workload
