Division Overview
The Chief Administrative Officer’s world encompasses human resources management, information technology, legal, and office services organizations. This division ensures that the administrative activities within Calypso run efficiently by providing a structure to all 23 global offices. This division develops and implements global policies and procedures to ensure consistency worldwide, while also respecting and adhering to local practices. The Chief Administrative Officer’s world plays a key role in the infrastructure of Calypso by serving as the link between all of Calypso’s departments and ensures the efficient performance and flow of information amongst all departments.
Role Overview
This is a global role and as a member of legal function, you will be supporting the business across all regions, handling legal documentations for clients globally and advising at high levels our internal teams. In addition to drafting technology and commercial agreements (including software licensing, distribution, development, consulting, and alliances).
Responsibilities
- You will provide legal advice on commercial and a wide variety of matters for the company,
- Draft and review commercial contracts, including software licensing, distribution and other business and legal documents.
- Assist with intellectual property, regulatory compliance, employment, and strategic partnerships.
- Involved in developing, implementing, reviewing legal, compliance, and operational processes.
Desired Skillset
- 5 – 7 years of strong intellectual property and software license experience.
- Experience in IT Contracts drafting with privacy and data protection.
- Prior experience with a US or UK company is desirable.
- Law degree and licensed to practice law, LL.M. preferred.

Calypso Mumbai office has a friendly and collaborative environment, celebrating festivals and events together. Our office is in the Ackruti Center Point building with excellent transport links nearby. This Mumbai team is growing has reached almost 240 employees working across all key division. We have a modern cafeteria onsite along with a breakout for foosball, Carrom, Foosball, Chess, Table Tennis etc.
