Designation: Manager – Legal (ABL_SS_70)
Position description:
- Experience as an independently practicing lawyer or Associate in a Law Firm of repute, desirable.
- Exposure to Security Market and Regulatory environment, desirable.
- Past work experience with in-house Legal Team of Broking Houses, preferred.
- Hands-on experience legal drafting skills, good communication (both spoken & written), can draft, review & negotiate various contracts such as MOUS, NDA, Service Agreement, vendor contracts, service providers contract, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreement, IT contracts, Procurement contracts, other legal documents, replying to Legal notices etc.
- Have sound legal knowledge on various corporate & other regulatory compliances applicable to Indian entities
- The Incumbent will have to travel to various parts of the country for arbitration hearings.

Educational qualifications preferred
- Field specialization: legal studies
- Degree: Bachelor of Laws – LLB, Doctor of Law – JD, Master of Laws – LLM
