Position: Senior Manager – Regulatory compliances
Function: Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Reporting to: Head – Legal & Regulatory Compliance
CTC Range: As per the industry standards
Location: Noida, India
Overview:
Responsibilities:
– Ensure the Regulatory Compliances in the company.
– Study and analysis of applicable Regulations/Directions/Circulars.
– Keep Track on changes in Regulatory compliances.
– Imparting the knowledge to Business team and other stakeholders about the compliances.
– Correspondence with the regulator on Licenses/compliances/Clarifications and various Related issues.
– Co-ordinate with all stakeholders i.e. product, Technology, Sales and other Departments on Compliances.
– Update on adoption of Regulation/directions by the industry.
Key Skills Required:
– Understanding the Regulators objectives wrt particular Direction/Regulations.
– Balancing in Legal & Business Approach in broader and practical perspective, keeping overall objective and spirit of Regulations in mind.
– Excellent written and Verbal communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Graduation, LLB
– 7-10 years of Experience in dealing/ complying with the Regulatory Compliances in any organisation of repute/Law Firm dealing in insurance business. Hands on MS Office (word, excel & power point).
