Drafting of legal agreements
• Share Subscription Agreement
• Shareholders Agreement
• Share Purchase Agreement
• Employment Agreement
• Leave and License Agreement
• ESOP Policy and Grant Letters
• Co-founders Agreement
• Intellectual Property related agreement
• Third Party Agreements
Qualification :
1. LLB/LLM
2. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Corporate and Company Matters
3. Experience in drafting and reviewing agreements
4. Very good command of English
