Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting and Management
- Intellectual Property Rights Management
- Litigation and Arbitration
- Drafting of Notices and Replies (both governmental and non-governmental bodies)
- Drafting and Vetting of all the Legal documents related to the ordinary course of business of the Company (including Real Estate deals, Franchise deals etc.)
- Compliance Management related to the core business activities like FSSAI, Shop and Establishment, etc.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience required with a law firm or in-house corporate lawyer

- Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills

- Ability to project manage to a high standard
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent legal English skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven capabilities in liaising with Government and quasi Government departments, courts, tribunals, and external agencies, legal matters
