Annual salary for the Job: 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Fresh filing of Section-7 cases under IBC
2. Filing application in NCLT under various section against director & resolution profiles
3. Filing objections of resolution plan / other against CD (Corporate Debtor /Bank)
4. Filing complaints under Sec- 137/ 213 of the company act and under other various section for enforcement against Directors / Auditors etc
