Our client, a well performing Band II law firm, is looking to welcome a Corporate Partner into their team in Mumbai. Owing to a diverse clientele, this position would specifically require a Corporate leader coming with sectoral expertise into financial services industry.
Lawyers with 12-15 years of PQE in complex, multi-jurisdictional, inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions, PE and VC transactions and regulatory issues with respect to banking and other financial institutions may apply for this role.
