Central Waqf Council, a statutory body under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India, invite application for the Post of Legal Support Officer and Legal Assistant.

  • Legal Support Officer: 1 (one)
  • Legal Assistant: 1 (one)

Eligibility

Legal Support Officer

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on 6th July 2020.

Essential

  • Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized University.
  • Ten years of experience in legal practice or office work regarding legal matters.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Waqf Act and Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi with the ability to do correspondence work independently.
  • Computer literacy.

Legal Assistant

Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on 6th July 2020.

Essential

  • Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
  • Five years of experience in legal practice or office work regarding legal matters.

Desirable

  • Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized University.
  • Knowledge of the Waqf Act and Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi with the ability to do correspondence work independently.
  • Computer literacy.
