L&S (Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan) is hiring Advocates with 3+ years of experience, for Commercial Dispute Resolution.
Eligibility
- A Law graduate from any premier Law Institute
- Should have 3-10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
- Should have practical experience of Arbitration Act, Contract Act (Mercantile Law)
Skills Required
- Should have a practical knowledge of company law, FEMA, FDI, SEBI and RBI regulations, Competition law and policy, Arbitration Act, Contract Act (Mercantile Law), CPC, Constitution.
- Should have an excellent command over English both in oral as well as written.
