Job description:

The firm is looking to retain one Trade Mark Attorney with experience of 5+ PQE for Intellectual Property Profile.

Details of the job description include –
(a) Trademark/ Copyright Search & sending legal opinion to the clients;
(b) Filling applications (National & International) for trademarks/ copyright;
(c) Drafting reply to office actions;
(d) Preparation, maintenance and updating the IP portfolio;
(e) Filing opposition/ objections raised on the applications;
(f) Filing of evidence in support of Notice of Opposition/ Counter-Statement;
(g) Visiting government offices in relation with trademark/ copyright filings, attending show cause hearings at Trade Mark Registry & IPAB;
(h) Taking necessary actions against misuse, infringement of trademarks and sending cease & desist notice to the infringer & enforcing the Clients’ trademarks;
(i) Liaisoning with the Indian and & Foreign attorneys

Eligibility:

The Applicant must have 5+ PQE. Law firm experience is desirable
