Job Profile for Assistant Manager – Legal

      1. Contract drafting and vetting of various legal documents
      2. Maintain physical documents & record retrieval
      3. Possess sound reporting skills, research skills, legal administration skills, ability to handle external parties independently.
      4. Draft/review & negotiate legal agreements, notices/replies and other documents
      5. Co-ordinate & obtain clearances from various internal stakeholders.
      6. Handle litigation & coordinate with stakeholders.
      7. Provide for reporting & due diligence
      8. Handle legal issues & provide closures of the delegated assignments.
      9. Should be proactive and keen to understand the various business verticals of the company.

Your Checklist

    1. LLB/LLM from reputed Law School.
    2. 5-7 years of prior work experience in a Law Firm/ Event Management company
    3. Excellent drafting and comprehending skills
    4. Analytical approach with an eye for detail
    5. High interpersonal skill and an ability to sustain in stress with a un-flickering focus
    6. High on integrity and commitment
    7. Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills

Job Profile for Manager – Legal

      1. Have regular communication with business units to help identify and address legal issues associated
        with technology, digital product, digital content, integrated marketing, and programming across the
        BMS platforms.
      2. Advise and provide legal advice on a wide spectrum of contract, technology, corporate,
        advertising, intellectual property, corporate, and privacy-related issues.
      3. Work closely with BMS strategy groups to assess risks associated with content acquisition
        strategies and the licensing/acquisition of related rights.
      4. Support the Legal and Business Affairs group with ongoing workstreams including compliance,
        process improvement, template development and the use of technology to increase efficiencies.

Your Checklist

    1. LLB/LLM from reputed Law School.
    2. 7-8 years of prior legal experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
    3. Experience in either Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions / structured finance or Entertainment/Media/Digital
    4. Proven ability to quickly understand and learn new skill sets and new areas of practice.
    5. Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor
      communication styles to diverse audiences.
    6. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
      complete them on time.
    7. An entrepreneurial, creative and solution-driven outlook on all legal strategies.
    8. High on integrity and commitment.
