Wakefit Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a furniture manufacturing start-up, is offering a paid internship to final year students of 5-year law courses for 3-months in the first half of 2022, to be inducted immediately. It will be a paid assessment internship with the following work profile:
– drafting, vetting, and reviewing business-related contracts, lease agreements, SOWs, notices, reply to notices including consumer notices
– assisting in drafting correspondence with regulators, government authorities, and pleadings in any legal dispute.
– assisting in reviewing property documents for immovable properties located across the country for DD and TSR.
– assisting in fulfilling various regulatory compliance requirements ranging from environmental, industrial, and labour laws.
