Lex Synergy is offering a summer internship to Law Students. The Internship will be research-based and totally work from home.
Eligibility:
- Law student having knowledge of Companies Act, IBC, Contract act, Arbitration act.
- good research skills .
- good with computers
Stipend:
Performance-Based (will be decided at the end of the internship)
At the end of the internship, the student will be given a “Certificate of Internship” after successful completion.
Main area of research will include:
a. Contract drafting
b. Research on corporate laws and various other laws.
c. Preparation of Presentation and reports on various matters relating to companies.
d. Drafting of petitions, Notices, etc.
