Corporate Professionals, Advocates and Advisors is a boutique law firm, rendering quality services in the field of Company Law, Insolvency Law, Securities Laws & FEMA, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Taxation, Global Business Setup, Compliance Management, Documentation, and Regulatory Approvals.
The firm is currently looking for law interns for its Securities Law Department for a period of 1 to 2 months.

Field: Securities Law
Nature of Work:
Research and drafting work relating to various legal issues / subjects, writing short knowledge-based articles / legal updates and preparing case notes. Please note the work will be primarily related to Securities Law. Subject to requirement, the intern(s) may be required to work with other areas of law as well.
Preferably having their own vehicle/mode of transportation
