Jasol Dialogue is a youth-based independent and non-partisan think-tank doing legal and Policy research to make better laws, policies and improve governance for the public welfare.
Jasol Dialogue’s quest is to bring Law and Policy to the people and eventually connect them with issues that really matter in today’s era, with the long-term aim of driving ameliorations through informed public opinion and citizenry participation. To provide forums for global thinkers and leaders from academia, government, politics, business, and journalism to discuss major global issues and their implications for the world and India in particular.

The impact of COVID-19 pandemic has been felt by people of all ages across the world, however, young people have a unique potential to contribute to the global response. Youth all over the world are playing a huge part in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and its negative impacts.
They are leading, mobilizing, and organizing relief efforts and campaigns around the world. Engaging youth meaningfully is a key element of Positive Youth Development. This webinar focuses on the important role youth play in alleviating the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the immediate lives of people and communities around them and the world at large.
This webinar brings together policymakers, academics and youth organizations to explore the successes and challenges experienced by young people in their contribution to the COVID-19 response.
About the Speaker
Rosalía Arteaga Serrano is an Ecuadorian politician who served as the country’s first female head of state as acting president. She became Vice President in 1996, following the election of Abdalá Bucaram as President. Arteaga was also secretary-general of the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization until 2007 and is a member of the editorial board of the Encyclopædia Britannica.
She serves as a member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, a global policy think-tank composed primarily of current and former presidents and prime ministers, and has lately contributed an article on “The Virus and the Economy” to its journal.
