The Ministry of Human Resource Development and the University Grants Commission have announced a yearlong Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Indian Constitution by Higher Education Institutes.
On the same lines, National Law University Delhi is organising the 70th Anniversary of Indian Constitution Moot Court Competition 2020 which is scheduled to be held virtually. It is our pleasure to announce the release of the Moot Problem and revised timeline for the competition. The oral rounds will be held from 17th October, 2020 to 19th October, 2020 following a memorial qualification round.
The problem is based on basic constitutional law and policy issues concerning the environment. The highlight of this competition is its inclusiveness in terms of reaching out to all the institutions and not being limited to the law schools. The competition will be a melange of ideas, innovation and talent from around the country.
One team per college can register latest by 12th September, 2020 through this link: click HERE
