LegumVox is a group of people coming together with an aim to provide legal assistance to people in need. With the ever-growing need for legal aid and no many people either not having access to their rights and/or legal remedies or they do not have the knowledge for the same.
About the Course
Criminal Law is one of the oldest branches of law, very dynamic and often difficult to crack. It is a vast subject including crimes committed against the society and the punishments imposed on individuals for committing a prohibited act under the law.
This course will help you to have a bird’s eye overview of the entire subject. This course will be a blend of various case laws, covering every topic of criminal jurisprudence with the evidence involved and its respective penal provisions. This course will dissect the case laws for a better understanding of the concepts of criminal law.
