About the Speakers
Dr. VP Tiwari: He is working as Associate Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur and is Head, Central for Child Rights. He is member of the Executive Council and Faculty Advisor to the Internship and Moot Court Committees of the University. Dr. Tiwari had started his teaching career from National Law University, Jodhpur and had been associated with several reputed institutions before joining his present assignment. His area of interest is Constitutional Law and Human Rights.
Dr. Tiwari has attended more than 50 National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops and have published more than 30 Articles in Reputed Journals and Books. Dr. Tiwari has delivered several invited talks at reputed institutions like, National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur, VANAMATI, Nagpur, Administrative Staff College, Guwahati, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi etc.
Dr. Shahista Salimkhan Inamdar: She is an Assistant Professor working in Navjeevan Law College, Nashik (Savitribai Phule Pune University) since 2010. She has a Doctorate from Rashtra Sant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University awarded in 2016.
Having her Ph.D. in Law, she has been actively associated with teaching & research in Law for almost a decade. Her Specialization is Business Law and Human Rights. She is having expertise in Family law and Feminist Jurisprudence.
Participated in various National and International Seminars and Conferences(30). She has published plethora of research papers and Articles in various renowned Journals (16) which focus on topics like Gender Justice, Position of Women in Society, Muslim Women, Feminist Jurisprudence and Human rights.
