About the Institute

Law Mantra is a registered charitable trust with the Government of India under the India Trusts Act 1882 (Registration No. 150 in Book Number 4 Vol No 3, 603 of 2018).“

Law Mantra” has headquarters in New Delhi and is a body of Jurists, Advocates, Academicians and Students running for the purpose of enhancing legal academics and legal awareness in the society and in the practice of the same.

About the Book

The aim of the upcoming book is to critically discuss the impact of the NEP 2020 on our education system not only national level but also implication on state education system along with Right of education, impact on minority educational institution and the financial implication/ burden-sharing between Center and State.

Further, as to how NEP is going to face constitutional challenges, as education not only included under Article(s) 21A, 30 but also the role of 7th schedule on Center or State relations.
