Submission Guidelines
TCLF is a forum for the exchange of ideas and we are open to submissions from all areas of law as long as they have some contemporary relevance.
TCLF is inviting submissions on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year from members of the bar, legal professionals, law students, or others who are interested in publishing with them.
Submissions should conform to the following guidelines:
- Articles should contain content that is both original and unpublished.
- Co-authorship is allowed up to 2 authors.
- Authors should preferably use hyperlinks within the text itself for citing the resources instead of footnotes.
- If hyperlinking the resources is not possible, authors may use Oxford Standard OSCOLA (4th edition) to cite authorities as endnotes.
- Authors should restrict their submissions between 1500- 1800 words.
- Submissions should be made in Microsoft Word format.
- The language used should be British English.
- Authors must adhere to the following formatting style; Font style: Times New Roman, Font size: 12 and Line spacing: 1.5.
- The articles would be evaluated on the following broad parameters: novelty/originality of the idea, articulation, structure, relevancy and authors’ insight.
