About TEDxTIET

TED is a non-partisan nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks.TEDx is a grass root initiative, created in the spirit of TED’s overall mission to research and discover “Ideas Worth Spreading”. The purpose of TEDxTIET is that it becomes a local forum for ideas within our college and community that inspires people to change their lives, and ultimately the world.

The world is fighting a relentless battle against these tragic times, which have triggered mental health issues amongst the students and youth. Adding to the damage to their learning, a mental health crisis is emerging as many students have lost access to services that were offered by schools and colleges. Students are continuously striving for new avenues, learning new skills, and fill in their time with productivity.
