Experience:
Minimum 5 years with a Bank / NBFC including 1 year in Courts.
Minimum qualification:
LL.B. (3 or 5 years)
Requirement:
Well versed with the Arbitration proceedings, NI Act, SARFAESI, DRT, EPs, Knowledge of process for Consumer and Criminal Cases. Assist the business/Credit in registering Mortgages wherever necessary. Vetting of LSR/TSR submitted by panel Advocates to confirm that the report satisfies the business requirements of the Bank.
Additional requirement:
Expertise in operating Ms-Word and Ms-Excel, MIS maintenance.
Profile:
To file the cases under various laws i.e. (Sec. 138 NI ACT, Arbitration, Sec. 406 & 420 of Cr. P.C.). To conduct Lok Adalats, Mediation / Conciliation camps, coordinate with Police. To appear, defend and follow up for cases for / against company. Proactively coordinate with Collections Team for legal recoveries. To address the notices against company. To maintain MIS for cases. To address mortgage related concerns of HL/MSE.
