PQE: 2 – 4 years
Roles & Responsibility:
- Filing of documents with necessary authorities.
- Compliance and contract drafting w.r.t the Motor Vehicle Act and applicable regulations.
- Litigations w.r.t MV Act.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Person with 2-4 yrs. of experience, LLB from good university.
- Should be from manufacturing, travel, transport, tourism industry only.
- Have detailed knowledge of Motor Vehicle related Acts, rules and compliance.
- Contract drafting and contract mgt.
- Compliance mgt w.r.t the acts applicable on the company, registration processes, procedures for the buses, driver compliance etc.
- Handled litigation under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Only male candidate.
- Good communication skills and drafting skills
