Responsibilities

1. Drafting/ Vetting of all kinds of agreements/ contracts etc. including negotiations
2. Replies to legal notices/ SCN independently
3. Well-versed with Indian laws and global compliances
4. Works as Liaising officer between the organization and other parties
5. Confident and capable enough to handle calls with Customers/ vendors/ other parties independently & globally
6. Worked with any Start-up or growing company will be an added advantage
7. Good communication skills

Requirements

1. 6-8 years
2. Law graduate from Premier Law College/University
3. Attitude wise person should be going getter, proactive, strategic in thought process
