Job Purpose
Provide continuous legal support in terms of documentation and resolution of legal issues faced by the organization, with the objective of enabling the realization of the project within the limits of CLP values and ethics, as well as prevailing regulations, laws and policy frameworks.
Educational Qualifications:
LLB
Functional Skills:
▪Excellent academic record;
▪Basic knowledge of Indian laws relating to the energy/power industry;
▪Basic drafting experience;
▪Tender documentation / project contracting experience;
▪Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight timelines;
▪Must have common sense and practical approach to legal issues;
▪Functional understanding of and experience in the power sector would be preferred;and
▪Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent judgment; high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity.
Relevant and total years of Experience:
▪Minimum 2-4 years of total experience
▪Experience in the power sector is preferred
