Legal Associate ( for Inhouse litigation only)
PQE- 2- 3 years
Location- Delhi

Job Profile:

Preparation of legal opinion, Research Work, upgradation of case data in MIS on daily basis.
Drafting of suits, complaints, written statement, legal notices, IAs, affidavits, Misc petitions.
Interaction with clients via phone and emails.
Interaction with empanelled advocates with regard to current status of the matters and also advise them legal proceedings and next course of action
Preparation of monthly newsletter, etc.
