Job profile :
1. Assistance in advising and preparing legal opinion in relation to Labour and Employment Law.

2. Assistance in advising and preparing opinion on Employment related contracts and policies, trainings.
Research on matters related to Labour and Employment Law (Labour Codes)

3. Liaising with clients / internal team members for collating of information/ facts

Requirement:
– LLB with Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience in Employment law.
– Past Practical experience in filing of necessary returns under Labour and Employment Law
– Strong knowledge of basic principles of Labour laws and employment laws, review and negotiation with an ability to provide practical and well-reasoned solutions.
