An insurance grievance redressal platform Insurance Samadhan, is looking to hire a candidate/lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in Insurance Laws and general litigation for their location in New Delhi. The candidate should have a good knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and commercial issues faced by the insurance industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Drafting and sending legal notices/demand letters, etc.
2. Drafting and Filing Consumer Complaints before various consumer forums and/or other adjudicating forums
3. Advising clients,drafting opinions and common law research.
Skills Required:-
1. Should possess excellent analytical,drafting skills and have a solution driven approach.
2. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
3. Effective time management and organisation skills.
