PQE: 4-5 years
Requirements: The candidate must have worked on matters pertaining to Arbitration and Commercial Litigation; Good drafting skills; Sound knowledge of basic principles of law, Working knowledge of basic Court procedures.
Retainer fees: Shall be discussed and finalised at the time of the interview depending upon the experience of the candidate.
