Vacancies
1. Junior Associate having PQE of 1-3 years in civil, commercial litigation and dispute resolution (with a specific focus on arbitration)
The position would entail extensive legal research, drafting and appearances before all courts/ forums. Candidates with law firm experience preferred.
2. Junior Associate having 1-3 years PQE in corporate commercial litigation, Insolvency laws ( specifically post-admission matters, representing Resolution Professionals and Committee of Creditors) and project finance documentation.
The position would entail extensive work under the IB Code, legal research, drafting, drafting and vetting of agreements, appearances before all courts/ forums. Experience in NCLT/NCLAT preferred. Candidates with law firm experience are preferred.
