Job Description
Hiring candidates (CA/LLB) in our GST (Litigation & Advisory) Division at the Delhi office. The requisite credentials are as follows:
The candidate should:
1. Be a CA or LLB and have experience of working in Law or Consulting firms (Tier-2/3 firms) for around 1-2 years
2. Have strong communication skills
3. Good command over MS-Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
4. Have in-depth knowledge of indirect tax law and be very strong in the interpretation of bare law/statutes – Being involved in drafting and finalization of legal replies / SCNs and appeals to be filed under the GST law and other Indirect tax legislation (Customs, Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax)
5. Have strong interpersonal skills – The candidate must have handled representation proceedings before various Indirect tax/GST Dept. authorities.
6. Have a positive working attitude and comfortable with traveling to Client locations and Tax offices
Salary will be as per Industry norms.
