Job Description
Chambers of Mr. Apoorv Kurup, Advocate-on-Record, B.A., LL.B (Hon.) (NLIU, 2005); LL.M (Harvard), (Standing Counsel, Govt. of India, Delhi High Court & TDSAT; senior panel counsel, Govt. of India, Supreme Court and Standing Counsel, UGC) is looking for a junior with PQE of 4+ years.
Work involves drafting and appearing before various forums (Supreme Court, High Court, TDSAT, APTEL, NCDRC, etc.) in a diverse range of disputes, including commercial tender disputes, telecom, electricity, consumer, and education matters, along with advisory opinions on mining, education, telecom, and service matters.
Candidates with prior experience in regulatory matters will be preferred. Competitive remuneration with discretionary year-end bonus.
