He/ She should have sufficient knowledge in company secretarial matters and will be responsible for carrying out independently all secretarial work of SecurID Solutions India Private Limited (SSIPL) entity. The candidate will act under the supervision and guidance of India Legal counsel.

What you’ll achieve
Complete the filings required under the Companies Act and shall ensure all statutory forms are filed promptly. In this regard sign documents, financial statements and returns or any other secretarial document requiring certification by CS. Part of the global legal and corporate secretarial team of RSA. He/ She should have sufficient knowledge in company secretarial matters and will be responsible for carrying out independently all secretarial work of SecurID Solutions India Private Limited (SSIPL) entity
Maintain registers and records required under the Companies keep track of all compliances including Companies Act and FEMA as required from time to time and duly report the same.
Ensure that the company complies with the applicable secretarial standards & draft reports required by the Board, shareholders or any authorities facilitate the convening of meetings and attend Board, committee and general meetings and maintain the minutes of these meetings obtain approvals from the Board, general meeting, the government and such other authorities
Comply with FEMA regulations – share capital infusion (FC-GPR) or transfer (FC-TRS) related and annual returns should have expertise in Company laws and secretarial activities & should work in close coordination with the outside secretarial firm for secretarial matters, board, other stakeholders keeping in loop and under the supervision and guidance of legal counsel India. Act as a team player along with the other members of the legal and corporate secretarial team.

6+ years in experience preferably with any reputed multi-national company.
Candidate should be a qualified company secretary and should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with expertise in company secretarial activities. Additional qualification of L.L.B would be an added advantage.
Thorough ability to assess risk and identify actions to mitigate risk. Thorough verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
Ability & flexibility to work independently across multiple time zones (SGT, APJ, EMEA and US)
Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills and experience at working both independently and in team oriented collaborative environment is essential.
Ability & flexibility to work independently across multiple time zones (SGT, APJ, EMEA and US) and flexible during times of change.
Prior experience in working on contracts, NDA’s , authorizations, power of attorney and in an in-house legal team in IT/ ITES sector will be added advantage
