LLB (LLM is preferred)
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in legal practice/ Law Firm or managing Litigation and Non-Litigation work in Banking, NBFC or broking. Candidate should possess sound interpreting and Drafting Skill.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively Draft and Vet all Agreements, Contracts, Bank Guarantees, Board Agenda and other documents as may be required.
- To manage litigation, including recovery of over dues and advisory related work of the department.
- Preparation of MIS for briefing management about pending cases, coordinating with Counsels and undertake office administration work of the department.
